Learn To Focus On Critical Communication Points

When readers receive clear objectives they can make quick decisions regarding the value of the information, and the needs and opportunities that have been presented.

Participants learn “American English” business writing techniques, critiquing methods, and how to write strong subject lines.

KCI’s Writing skills training programs helps participants plan, organize, and write, and revise documents. They learn to quickly categorize information, use bottom-line upfront strategies, and learn to use deductive communication techniques. Participants prepare and present 3 emails in small groups. Their emails are edited, group and instructor feedback are provided.

This highly interactive program provides effective techniques to present ideas, brainstorm content, the effective use of tone, subject lines, and how to ensure that your message clear and concise.
