KCI’s Writing skills training programs helps participants plan, organize, and write, and revise documents. They learn to quickly categorize information, use bottom-line upfront strategies, and learn to use deductive communication techniques. Participants prepare and present 3 emails in small groups. Their emails are edited, group and instructor feedback are provided.
